I’m Rebekah Truman, Hair Stylist behind the TrueGold Hair brand and honored to be serving amazing women like you at a sweet West Seattle salon called Seattle Style Salon.
As a mother and business owner, I understand how important it is to set aside time for self care and personal rejuvenation.
My goal is for each guest in my chair to experience being seen and heard as we focus on your personal hair story in a way that will help you feel uplifted, relaxed and confident.
With over 20+ years experience in the beauty industry, I specialize in designing sophisticated and low-maintenance hairstyles to enhance your natural hair texture and color.
Whether you're looking for guidance on a flattering haircut, lived-in highlighting or expert gray blending that compliments your features, each appointment is personalized for you.
We will spend time to chat about styling tips or address any questions to help create a signature style that fits your lifestyle best.
I always stay current on the latest industry education with precision hair cutting techniques and color application trends.
However, my passion for hairstyling comes from the joy of seeing guests walk out of the salon with a renewed radiance, feeling like the most refreshed, best version of themselves.
When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me hanging with my 3 sweet boys (teenagers!) and hubby.
I might be listening to a podcast on a run, meeting a friend for coffee, or volunteering my skills as a hairstylist in the community.

Using my craft as a hairstylist to give back in the community is a core value for me.
I have served many times with the local Seattle non-profit, REST.
Along with that, I’ve continued to lead teams of stylists with The Beyond Project. Every month we cut and style hair at the Aurora Commons ‘Ladies Night’.
