Yes! I love it when guests are able to make the time for a 10-15 min complimentary consultation before booking their first appointment. This helps me to get to know you and your hair goals a bit more to guide my recommendations on which service would be the best fit for your hair. In person or virtual consults are available and may be booked online.

Credit card information is required to secure your appointment, but No Charges will occur unless the appointment is Canceled less then 24hrs prior to service or guest No Shows.

There is 2 Hour free street parking in front of Seattle Style Salon. Additionally, you may access our private free parking lot behind the salon with alley access via Webster St.

Nope! Every service includes a signature shampoo & scalp massage experience and instructional blow dry.

All major credit cards and Venmo are accepted.

Gratuity Free is just as it sounds! There is no expectation of gratuity to be added at the end of your service. Services prices are ‘hourly rate x hours booked’. That is your out the door total. If more or or less time is needed for your service, we will communicate about it so everything is clear.

Yes! Once you’ve come in for your first appointment and we’ve gotten to know your hair, you are welcome to book online off our Express Menu. Check it out!
POLICIES

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we ask for 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit.
Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% per hour booked cancellation fee does apply and will be charged to the card on file.

Services for clients running late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjustment to pricing. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and Cancellation Fees may apply.

Same day cancellations or rescheduling less than 2 hours before your scheduled appointment or a “no show” will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge to the card placed on file at time of booking.

or text 206.696.5895 within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct any reasonable issue within 14 days of the original appointment, at no additional charge.
